ABOUT

Each and every one of us has a story to tell. In large part, my curiosity about people’s stories led me to become a therapist.

I am deeply interested in how people interact and their experiences. Working to help people strengthen their relationships by feeling a greater sense of confidence and security is - for me - the most meaningful work imaginable.

I opened my practice in 2013 devoted to supporting individuals, couples and families by providing services that see the whole person and their needs in relationship to the people that care about them the most.

My professional training includes EFT (Emotion-Focused therapy for couples and individuals), IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR and Integrative Psychotherapy.  I work relationally and bring the these approaches into all of my work with couples and individuals.

I am often spontaneous, gently confronting and employ creative interventions tailored to the needs of my clients.

I work toward the belief that feeling understood and feeling meaningfully connected are fundamental qualities for well-being.
